RON EBERT, CEO
Ron is Chairman and CEO of Trinity Asset Protection, Inc., which specializes in the health and human services industry. His goal with Trinity Asset Protection is to offer a new level of risk management expertise and service to health and human services organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region.
He is an expert in Property and Casualty insurance and has 30 years of experience in the field. Ebert is a thought leader, nationally recognized author and public speaker on a variety of risk management issues. In 2007, his promotion with a top 100 US insurance brokerage made him the youngest shareholder and partner at the firm. Known for his straight talk and recognized as a fierce advocate for clients, he is respected among company owners, CFOs, trade leaders and insurance carriers alike. Hard work, responsiveness and integrity are his hallmarks.

An expert in risk management and insurance in the social services sector, Catherine is passionate about working with health and human services organizations that are open to exploring progressive ideas and solutions for their overall insurance and risk management program. She has an innate ability to pair a strong insurance program with a safety & risk management plan for a systematic approach to an organization’s risk and risk transfer.
Catherine is a Certified Praesidium Guardian, focusing on the prevention of abuse & molestation, a Defensive Driving Instructor through the National Safety Council, holds her OSHA 30, a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), a Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS).
Catherine holds a B.S in Risk Management from Temple University. Most recently she completed the CORe certificate program through Harvard Business School Online.

For the past 15 years, attorney Brady Schlack has been entirely focused on Claims and Litigation Management. Prior to Trinity Asset Protection, he served as a Claim Consultant for a large regional insurance brokerage, handling large Health & Human Service agencies in the region. In addition to his brokerage experience, Brady served as a Complex Claim Specialist managing asbestos claims and as a Director of Claims Management for a nationwide facilities maintenance company.
He holds a law degree from Villanova University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Stockton University. Brady provides prompt, insightful and courteous service to clients and insurance professionals in his day-to-day claim servicing.

Zina is at the forefront of information about the insurance marketplace and uses the leverage of her long-standing relationships with numerous carriers to negotiate the most comprehensive coverage for Trinity clients. She has more than 20 years of account management in insurance. She has presented on topics including analyzing contracts and cyber liability, and she regularly conducts client seminars on risk transfer best practices.
Setting the standard for Trinity client service, Zina ensures that the Trinity team responds to client needs with a true sense of urgency and follows a system of checks and balances for accuracy.
